• When placing an order we need to know your name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details.  This allows us to process and fulfil your order.
• We use your personal information solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order and payment/billing purposes. 
• We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for legitimate business such as billing/payment validation and warranty processing.
• We follow strict security procedures in the storage of information to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation
• Transactional documentation (invoices) will be securely held for the period of time laid down by HMRC for tax and VAT purposes.  After this period it will be destroyed.
